These terms are an agreement between you and PostForge ("PostForge", "we", "us") governing your use of postforge.net and the PostForge application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PostForge helps you write, personalize, and schedule content for LinkedIn. It learns your writing style from your public LinkedIn posts, drafts new posts with AI, and can queue them for publishing. Some plans include publishing your posts through a hardware device on your own home network so they originate from your own internet connection.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. One person or organization per account unless a plan explicitly allows more.
You own what you write. Posts you create with PostForge are yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the Service for you (for example, generating drafts, saving them, and publishing on your instruction). We do not sell your content.
Important: LinkedIn automation and your responsibility. PostForge is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. Automating activity on LinkedIn, including publishing through stored session credentials, may be inconsistent with LinkedIn's User Agreement, and you use those features at your own risk. You are responsible for what is published from your account and for keeping activity to a natural, human pace. We give you controls to review and approve posts, and we recommend you use them. We are not liable for any restriction, suspension, or loss of your LinkedIn account.
You agree not to use the Service to: publish spam, harassment, hate, deception, or anything unlawful; impersonate others; violate any third party's rights; attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or resell the Service without permission. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or the underlying AI and data providers.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for. Usage limits (for example, posts per month) apply per your plan and reset each billing cycle.
PostForge relies on third parties to function, including an AI text provider, a LinkedIn data provider, a payment processor, and hosting. Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes outside our control.
We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or remove features. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, and if we discontinue a paid service we will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or that it will perform on LinkedIn. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostForge's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost LinkedIn access.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your content beforehand.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
